Do I need to download an application?
No, neither you as a user of Vadio nor your customers need to download an app to use Vadio.

How is the price calculated
We calculate price per user per month. In the admin panel you will be able to see the amount of time spent by the included minutes, as well as saving any recordings.
Can I order more storage space?
Yes, it is possible. It costs NOK 890, - per month for 100GB of additional storage.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, it is quite possible to upgrade and downgrade plan at will. You can do this under Settings - Billing.

How many users can I have on an account?
You can add as many employees as you want to Vadio to use the platform. Then they get a separate account where they can invite and schedule video experiences in their own admin panel.

Fare log allows you to view recordings, screenshots, take notes and automatically see the address where an inspection is being conducted.
Own logo and domain
By using the premium plan you have the option to replace the Vadio logo and customize the look with your own colors, logo and domain.
